Backorders
To maintain our commitment to fair trade and support our artisans, we sometimes experience delays if an item is not yet in stock. If this happens, we may place your order on backorder and will ship it as soon as it becomes available.
Returns and Exchanges
If you’re not completely satisfied with your Morena Toro purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs to our nearest return location.
